To learn about myself and my strengths, I have taken the Gallup's CliftonStrengths Assessment.
According to the CliftonStrengths,
My Top 5 Strengths are:
1. Responsibility
I take psychological ownership of what I say I will do. I am committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty. My dependability is the hallmark of my personality.
2. Individualization
By nature, I discover the unique qualities of people. I intuitively observe each person's strengths, limitations, likes, dislikes, interests, hopes, or emotional triggers. Armed with this information, I can mix and match the personalities and strengths of various individuals to create a cooperative and productive mix of groups in an efficient way.
3. Discipline
I create order and structure in my daily life. By nature, I anticipate what needs to be done. I create an action plan to reach my goal despite how small it is. I outline the steps and establish the timelines, and then I execute the plan with precision.
4. Relator
I enjoy close and meaningful relationship with others rather than having a wide but shallow relationships. I also place a higher value on identifying key points or the big picture rather than focusing on too many details.
5. Restorative
I feel energized at dealing with problems. I constantly self-reflect and search for ways to better myself by making changes and corrections. I naturally seek information about areas where I can assess and eliminate deficiencies or make upgrades.
Moreover, although this method is not scientifically proven, I believe my MBTI results explains a lot about how I interact with the world around me:
