As I develop my portfolio,
I am constantly thinking, "who am I"?
Who am I as a designer and researcher,
Who am I as an artist and
Who am I to others?
How do I want others to perceive me?
How do I frame who I am in a way that is clear to others?

I see this process as a form of storytelling.
I am creating my own story about myself in a way that is understandable to others
by bringing my personality, knowledge and experience into visible frames.
I am the author and the creator of my own character and the world.
I find this very exciting but challenging at the same time.
How do I tell my story in a way that is cohesive and immersive?
Clearly I have not mastered this storytelling skill,
but I consider it as a lifelong learning process
in hopes that I will eventually have made my own unique and exciting life story.
That storytelling starts from building my own portfolio as my career in UX develops.
I feel confident that with practice and a lot of feedback,
I will be more fluent as the author of my life.
